Our Community Impact
HealthSET is an organization committed to improving the lives of the low-income, frail elderly. We serve as an essential and free first line resource for this underserved population in Denver, going into our clients’ rent-subsidized apartment buildings to address their physical, emotional and spiritual needs through high quality nursing skills and personalized attention. Acting as a compassionate advocate, we help them navigate the complex health care system, stay independent, and avoid having their quality of life severely compromised, while preserving their dignity and self-worth.
